St. Patrick's Day is a time for celebration, but it's also one of the most dangerous nights of the year for impaired driving accidents. Kalfus & Nachman, Virginia’s premier personal injury law firm, is proud to continue its Safe Ride Home Program for St. Patrick's Day for the ninth consecutive year to encourage responsible choices and keep Hampton roads safer. This initiative helps prevent drunk driving by reimbursing individuals who opt for safe transportation instead of getting behind the wheel.

How the Safe Ride Home Program Works

The Safe Ride Home Program for St. Patrick's Day is designed to provide a simple and effective way for partygoers to return home safely. From 6 PM to midnight on March 17, our office will reimburse individuals who choose responsible transportation options, including:

  • Taxi rides in Hampton Roads and Roanoke
  • Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft

The program covers fares up to $35 per ride. Eligible participants must be 21 or older and using the ride to travel home, not to another party or bar.

How to Claim Your Reimbursement

Participating in Kalfus & Nachman's initiative is easy. To claim reimbursement:

  1. Take a safe ride home using a taxi or rideshare service in Hampton Roads or Roanoke.
  2. Save your receipt from the ride.
  3. Submit Safe Ride reimbursement form along with your receipt to the firm's office.

This program reflects Kalfus & Nachman's commitment to community safety. It ensures that individuals can celebrate St. Patrick's responsibly while reducing the risk of accidents caused by impaired driving.

Why This Safe Ride Home Program Matters
