About
Attorney Jesse M. Suit is of Counsel at Kalfus & Nachman, where he holds the honor of having won the firm’s first eight-figure case—a rarity in personal injury cases. Jesse also resolved another eight-figure case and has numerous seven-figure settlements as well as a seven-figure verdict. Growing up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, during the steel industry downturn, he gained a compassionate perspective on sudden loss. He prides himself on treating every client with the respect and professionalism they deserve and approaching every case with a drive to win the best possible outcome for real people dealing with devastating situations. He focuses his active litigation practice in state and federal courts and lectures locally and nationally on maritime, product liability, and evidentiary issues.
Mr. Suit earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University of School of Law. He went on to receive a Master of Laws in admiralty law from Tulane University School of Law. He and his family are very involved with environmental causes, participating in Clean the Bay days and adopting a storm drain. Jesse enjoys organic farming, and his electric vehicle. He actively supports many additional causes, including the American Cancer Society and the adoption of rescue animals. He enjoys outdoor activities, competing in triathlons and half marathons, snow skiing, as well as spending quality time with his family.
