Attorney Deborah B. Vaughn represents clients as a part of Kalfus & Nachman, with a strong focus on obtaining social security and workers’ compensation benefits. She prides herself on helping clients who have little support or resources due to limited finances or education understand their options and present their cases. She treats each client as a real person, giving them personalized attention and thoroughly preparing them for hearings based on their individual medical issues, personality, and assigned administrative law judge. Ms. Vaughn graduated from Old Dominion University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in sociology, before earning her Juris Doctor at Regent University School of Law in 2002. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Originally from North Carolina, she enjoys reading, traveling, going to the movies, kickboxing, practicing yoga, and zip-lining.
