Stuart is a native of Virginia. He attended the University of North Carolina
where he received a degree in Economics. From there, he attended the University
of Virginia, receiving his law degree in 1971. Currently, Stuart is Co-Managing
Partner of Kalfus & Nachman and is a member of the Virginia State Bar.
He has been a trial lawyer for over 30 years, practicing in both the state and
federal courts.
He is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Association
of Trial Lawyers of America. He devotes most of his practice to the representation
of individuals seriously injured by the wrongdoing of others. Outside of the
office he enjoys biking, reading and raveling with his family.
